Frozen Berries

How many times do you hear or say no frozen foods, fresh is better. How would you like to hear about one great easy thing that you can finally say, “I can have that!” And you should!

Frozen Berries are a good thing!

Frozen berries are a great addition to your menu. Aim to have at least 2 cups a week. Choose from raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries! You can buy them frozen without additional sweeteners. Or you can flash freeze your own at home. Doing your own is an excellent way to go when there are sales. Having frozen berries in the refrigerator eliminates running out to get more when your fresh fruit at home goes bad. Having frozen helps you eliminate wasting uneaten fresh berries.
